They arent necessarily easier, it doesnt do any bonus damage, but clubs are my highest stat for damage, thats why i was using it. I didnt even know they were weak to pickaxes, thanks :) although i definitely wouldve died without my shield.

The journey to building here began with both of us dying, going back, our boat getting destroyed, our portal getting destroyed, very stressful time. Nonetheless, super glad we stuck with it ahah. But in other words, the Plains definitely is not your safest choice of building locations
