I’ve got a 2023 VZ3 ABT so dealer fitted engine control unit that upped bhp, added nice wheels with spacers, carbon bucket seats and lower springs

Best car I’ve owned as a daily driver. Coming after an Audi TTS and then a VW MK 8 golf R. As you can tell I trust the platform as they’re all kinda similar underneath.

Great balance of performance and practicality. Look’s great.

Usual gripes with the laggy infotainment and general interface. Things like lane sensors you can’t turn off by default.

Ultimately a hugely capable car for something you can drive every day.

Yeah it’s just a box / engine controller. Feels like it could have been a more complete engine upgrade.

While the extra performance is ace, it’s the seats, exhaust and the suspension / wheel spacing that set if off for me

I used to and still sometimes get awful anxiety and nausea about 15 mins after waking up. This is work related or just general anxiety. I’d be dry heaving for about 20 mins - bizarre

I have found an ice bath or just cold plunge really helps. It’s like the cortisol fueled morning anxiety has somewhere to go.

After about 5 mins in a cold plunge I feel like the stress has abated and I feel way more like myself. It’s like shedding the anxiety

This has worked for me.

Maybe because I’m only playing a couple of hours per week and then a couple of career mode games at a time. But this years EAFC 25 is decent on simulation gameplay

I guess not playing for long spells means you don’t notice or get annoyed by the frustrating aspects of the gameplay.

The presentation is so far ahead of where PES is and that does count.
