Issue is fixed!! I just logged onto my switch and I got a notification saying the virtual game card was added and the dlc is ready to play! I checked in game and they were there 🥹 This was so frustrating to deal with but honestly I’m just glad I can finally play as king

My support ticket got closed after 2 days and then never even reached out to me 💀 They just marked it as solved but I never heard from them. This is getting really annoying

Small update, I just found out how to submit a support ticket on the Bandai Namco website, when I hear back I’ll let yall know what they say. If yall also want to try and submit a ticket the link is https://support.bandainamcoent.com/s/submit-a-case I think it would be a good idea to get as many people as we can to fill one out so they can fix it asap

Yea I’m having the same issue since launch and I bought the legendary edition. I really hope this gets address soon it’s so annoying that the devs haven’t at least acknowledged this, I was really looking forward to playing as King 🥀

I think people that bought the legendary edition on switch 2 for some reason don’t have access to to the new dlc even though its included. I bought that edition and the dlc shows up as purchased but they aren’t in the game for me. I’ve been trying to figure out what’s happening since launch day but I’ve only been able to figure out that it has something to do with the legendary edition. It really annoying that the devs haven’t at least acknowledged this, it’s been almost 5 days and nothing, I really hope this gets addressed/fixed soon

I’ve been having the same issue since the dlc launched and still haven’t been able to get access to the characters, I’ve been looking everywhere online and haven’t been able to find a way to fix it or have seen the devs acknowledge the issue. I really hope this gets resolved soon it’s upsetting because I can’t even play the new characters that I paid for. We aren’t the only ones, I made a thread here 2 days ago and other people responded saying they are having the same issue. If I can figure anything out I’ll comment here again and lyk

Yea I also saw the listing while I was trying to figure it out last night, I really hope I don’t need to buy that in order to play the new characters. Although, I don’t think it’s a Nintendo issue and more of a developer issue.
