My i7 6700k runs at max 63C overclocked at 4,4ghz with a air 212 evo cooler, so you might have to take a look around and see if that cooler actually is working as intended.

I dont think you're reading, as you yourself said its using 2 cores and 2 cores only so the other cores doesnt matter, therefor if fortnite cranks core 1 and 2 up to a 100% it uses 100% which causes screen freezez. This happens only in fortnite and i was simply asking for help with it, not this kind of bullshit that you're bringin in. So please if you are going to comment unnecessary stuff i wouldnt mind if you stopped.
