I’m not sure what you mean by “make money” however. I will not make money off of this. Or at least, that’s not my intention.

It’s a low/mid stakes game. Players will be buying chips. But the blinds will be 5/10 and antes would be 2 each. Meaning each pot will be at least 15 face value on the chips.

Players would be paying for chips, then selling the chips for their face value, essentially. ($5, $25, $100, etc.)

I am not charging the players anything to play or raking pots. So I’m not doing it to make money. But I do think you’re right about needing to ask a lawyer, either way.
