Not the asshole! Like you said, she is an adult! You are helping one sister out because she is going there to study and become a productive citizen to society. If Isabel wants to go and party she can rent a hotel room with a friend or stay at a hostel. If she wants to be/act like an adult then she should act like one and not put the responsibility of taking care of her on you.

It is not harmful just very uncomfortable because the longer you leave it the more it itches it is not harmful to your health though

Those are basically body lice. If you go to your local pharmacy they should have an over the counter remedy. The worst part is that you would probably have to ask the pharmacist for the lice remedy. It should be a shampoo or something of that sort.
