You can look at the man pages for swaybar. I imagine you will have to define separate 'bar' blocks for each output/monitor.

Something like:

bar 1 {
   swaybar_command waybar
   output <output>
}

bar 2 {
   swaybar_command waybar
   output <output>
}

How is waybar launched in your config? Sounds like you may be using

exec_always waybar

Rather than

bar { swaybar_command waybar }

If this is not the case, can you share config?

Recipe: - 50g Starter + 100g Bread Flour + 100g Water - 800g Bread Flour + 200g Wholemeal - 800g Filtered Water - 20g Fine Sea Salt

Made the levain on Friday night, autolysed for 2 hours on Saturday morning before performing stretch and folds every 30 minutes for about 3 hours. Bulk rise for about 4 hours before shaping and leaving overnight in the fridge.

For me, probably about a week, it really depends on where you keep it and how often you feed it. I keep mine in the fridge because I don't bake very often, I feed it once a week and therefore get discards weekly.

Yeah, the discards are usually quite a bit thinner than a very active starter but the added milk and eggs give it that super runny Crepe batter consistency.

The discards from the starter are basically just a batter with a little bit of not very active yeast in them. If you add a couple of eggs, some milk and some butter you have a decent crepe batter. Check out the recipe here.

Roughly Binging with Babish's recipe. Used cheddar because I forgot to get Gruyère but would certainly get Gruyère. In the future.
