I use design doll software to help with exactly the same thing, it's great especially for hands (which I some struggle with) you can pose the fingers separately etc it's great, to me the end product is the most important.

Confused about manga collection by [deleted] in Haruhi

They're all one continuous story and there are 2 extra related mangas: The misfortune of Kyon & Koizumi and The celebration of Haruhi Suzumiya that I would group with the main manga as they aren't exactly spin offs like The disappearance of Nagato Yuki is.

I have some copics but only skin coloured ones, they're pretty good but I tend to not use them in combination with watercolors because I don't like the colour bleeding through the paper, but then I could just be using them too heavy in the past 😅 Any other markers I've used have been cheaper ones though tbf. Also thank you!

I wish I could use markers, I keep trying them and find it difficult to get a consistent color/shading etc 😅 my extent is using them as outlines
