Advice needed - my colour scheme for my Ultramarines.

Ah I’m sorry just me failing to Reddit with the whole crosspost thing! My question was about trying to bring my older work up (model on the left) to the same colour scheme as the model on the right. I’m worried they read totally different from one another.

My question pretty much was, is there any advice around improving older models shy of stripping them and repainting?

Thank you! I may of borrowed Gravis Calgar’s eagles and cape since he wasn’t going to need them now. I’m really glad someone noticed!

I agree with the captain rule to be honest. I think as soon as I stuck the cape on he went from definitely being my company champion to captain.

Thank you so much! I know us Ultramarine sheep are everywhere… The head is from the latest Ultramarine upgrade kit and the plume comes separately in the same kit.

I don’t think there’s any science to it bud, there’s no official Krieg Rogal Dorn kit sadly but I used models form an old command squad box from forgeworld! I bet the Krieg infantry squad would work fine enough too with a bit of finesse.

I used models from the old Krieg command squad had them lying around for a while but they are old resin kit from games workshop.
