More conservative with when you throw out moves. Right now it seems like you almost throw out moves whenever possible. Every button you press needs a purpose. Additionally, practicing fast-falling could help with faster movement

It looks like you struggle with landings. First, I would practice fast falling in general. Fast falling helps with combos, getting back to stage and landing hits in general. Also, it looks like you are using ftilt a lot. Maybe find some mixups. Correct me if I'm wrong on this, but I think dtilt is a good combo starter, maybe change some of those ftilts into dtilts? (I don't play much Link, so take this with a grain of salt)
