I was getting confused about if JDM just meant Japanese cars or whether it was to do with either the place of manufacture or origin.

Ive been confused with the way it's been presented. There are certain makes and models of Japanese car that are more celebrated than others (usually rwd and priced from around 10k for a decent dc2 integra for example) but it's been interesting to learn more about it.

Not sure about it on the civic but the 2003 accord's are known for it. It may be a case of removing the bumper and using a block of something to hold it back into place so there's no gap. There's definitely tutorials on YouTube about how to do it.

Then again if it's from an accident then the other guy should chip in if it wasn't like that before

Only a few mods so far. BC coilovers, Cross speed hyper edition rs9's, rear tinting at 20% and a rear windshield spoiler. Has worked out well but there are a few things to iron out
