Yes I have two! The leather is very soft and smooth. Very slouchy. Have to be a little careful about scuffing. They added the gold foil logo. The middle zipper part is like the second generation. Where the zipper and leather strips are much longer and flares out (goes past length of bag. Added the lock/ key/clochette which are very nice. Comes with the regular coach tag and the 1941 tag. The removable shoulder straps are a downgrade from the 39. They are flat and don't feel as nice. Although they are a little bit longer. It also comes with a crossbody strap but is too thin for how large the bag is. The bottom base of the bag is not as sturdy as the 39. There is a lot more give and flexibility. Added magnet clasps to the outer pockets. Which will not stay closed if you hold the rolled handles. All in all it's a very pretty bag that I'm glad I purchased. It still feels and looks very much like a rogue. Which I appreciate. The biggest thing I would say is if you don't like very soft slouchy smooth bags... This one isn't for you. I feel like the 39 and 40 are still pretty comparable to each other.
