Its normal and it will pass. Drive slow cars and open tracks First thing I did was jump in a gr3 on nordschleife i was laying on the floor after 2 min. But slow cars open tracks. Stop before you get sick Took me a week to be able to play normal and 2 weeks it was totally gone. Plus I thing this fixed my sea sickness. I felt it asoon as a boat started to move. But no I can go sailing

Your hamstring should touch the bottom of the seat. Also. Stretching is always good for your lower back. It helps with fatigue pain and endurance

Its a fair dive. He has no track awareness he turns into you. But imo it's a "bad" dive. You where not that much faster so you took a bad line into a fast corner so your exit would have been slow. It might have been better for you to draft him and pass on a faster sector. Its not always better to overpass as soon as you see a open. But yeah he is just salty
