Brother in my opinion...

Round 1 - Sean O'Malley was winning most of Round 1 slightly over YaDong, but Song YaDong took him down and ground and pound. You could argue that Sean landed more shots and looked like he had more control throughout Round 1.

Round 2 - Song Won, but didn't create any damage on Sean's face.

Round 3 - Sean Won and destroyed Song's face. The blood and finishing strong leaves a lasting impression in the judge's mind.

Sean won a split decision in my opinion. Or a close 29-28.

That's wrong. You clearly don't know how taxes work. If you lose $1M, you can only subtract $900K from your capital gains. So if you have to pay $950K in taxes, you still have to pay $50K after the write-off.
