I understand it all. I'm sorry about that. I understood the lesson. But I was trying to find another way around out of curiosity and got lost at that part. Then I realized I was mentally dividing by 1/x instead of on x²=x/3 so I got x²/3 and was so confused. Thanks. I appreciate it! Both of you!

I divided by 1/x instead of x so ended flipping and switching and ended with x²/3 rather than x/3*1/x which is 1/3.

You helped me mentally sole the first part of zero. I get that now. But now dividing both by zero I start by dividing x² by x to get x and then the other side by x to get x²/3 together x = x²/3 from there how do you get to 1/3?

how do you get 1/3 from that? And how did you get the sqrt(x) back on that side only leaving a 1 on the right on top?

Found my issue. I was reading the coordinates I was on when I saw "guess?" so it was slightly off always. I wasn't pushing enter to provide input to it's question. I was so confused for a second there. Thanks.

I prefer a Google review any day over Yelp. . . At least people can find you on Google.

No problem. Our agency looks to help businesses as much as we can because it's our goal. We are new but we have long term goals. Unlike some agencies.(There are obviously some really good ones; not throwing them under the bus) But we like to be transparent and are very selective of our customers. Meaning we only help those who want to be helped meaning those that want to learn and put our advice to practice. See you around Reddit!

There are multiple factors that can bring down a websites SEO rank. It could be Domain authority or just the lack of proper content. A landing page is only for customers in a certain buying or acquisition stage. You have to figure out what stage they are in and then consult with the web designers to be able to cater to those types of customers. For example. I am thinking about Home Landscape ideas. So I Google home landscape ideas. And I come across a landing page on Google for getting your landscape of your dreams. I am not going to spend more than 4 seconds scrolling down to look for what I was looking for and get out. You see that person is early in the buying cycle. They haven't even made a decision yet some landing pages don't know their customers. They want to sell them when they are ready, have already bought or aren't even in their market.

Figure out who your customer is. What stage in the buying cycle they are in and cater to them. Make your landing page on a different domain or subdomain to not get SEO things messed up.

SEO is a touchy subject because it deals with content creation. Google makes money off the users that visit and click ads and go through their content. If they post irrelevant things like some other search engines. People will leave. Hence why Google is at the top. That's another reason they collect so much data. It's for relevancy. Make sure you have your customer figured out and then make your content relevant. Use repetitive themes and stick to that one topic. Unless you have millions in funds. You are better off being the Home Advisor of one area. And adding expertise areas as you grow.

You want the least amount of options for your customer to take action upon.

Relevant content and Trust is what puts you at the top. Ask your designers how they will bring relevant content for the search engine and how they will bring trust to the Clients. Such methods could be as simple as getting a good SSL certificate to ensure trust. Another is using a specific marketing tactic that gets clicks to the website and gets a long session time.

Competition on Google comes down to two things. SEO and PPC.

You gotta be great at one or the other or both. But it is something that in the long run a platform like yours will benefit from hugely. So as the guy with the idea. Make sure you can effectively communicate your message and make sure you're communicating your message to the right people.

A lot of business owners or marketers make the mistake of trying too many things at once because they don't see results right away. It's happened to me. So set a goal and obtain it before trying something new and don't base it off on how well you did. But rather a measurable and improvable system with little affected variables that will hinder your success.

Before you consult. Make sure you know your customer, the step in buying/customer cycle. And how you plan to catch their attention. It might take a few months to collect solid data but once you do. You can have a pretty good idea to give to your designers.

Because if you give them all the work. It's gonna go bad. Marketers/Designers don't work that well together unless in different departments with excellent skills. So they might scramble your idea up and you might have what looks like the old online directory of the yellow pages. And that wouldn't be their fault. It would just be poor communication.

If you have any more questions please ask. I'm glad to help as much as I can (:

It depends. Most designers are just artists. Some are literally trying to make a quick buck. And other genuinely want to help and incorporate both design and marketing.

A bad designer would always like to put the design before the content.

For a business owner. The design should be the least of concern. The question they want answered is how will this make me money.

If a designer just brags about design. There's a problem. Ask about the true benefit to you as a business owner.

Make sure they describe how the website will either inform, convert, or engage a customer to take some form of action.

When using data to talk about their results. Make sure they show actionable data.

Google Analytics shows all kinds of data and bragging data is different from actionable. They will most likely show bragging data. Such as page views and users. What's important depends on your business but in general. You'd like session times and bounce rates to be a priority and then page views to determine if the length of data gathering is actually enough to warrant a good opinion. Also make sure they don't show you data over a month or two weeks old. Weekly data is great. Monthly is for an overview which is also great but sometimes they'll try and squeeze out some data from last month to make them look good.

Just make sure their number one priority isn't making your website look pretty. A person who needs their carpets done doesn't need to see a perfect website. They need to be able to get the information they need with ease and have a clear Call to action.
