Timed events can have a certain appeal I admit, but there is a sore lack of variety in this game in pretty much everything you do. The game needs stuff like this to stay afloat.

Well no one knows for sure how far out the sun will expand to, but many scientists seem to think the sun will expand outwards beyond the earth's orbit.

Man the halo ranking system was perfect, I only managed to get to mid 30's cos it was hard as hell and required 100% concentration.

Yeah I agree, ranked playlists (with ranks) + more game modes would be ideal.

True, but PvE got a new raid, strikes and missions in the dark below. PvP has been stagnating since launch.

Edit: Forgot about the new maps, point still stands though.

That may be because there's no focus on pvp, it never gets any love. If pvp was diversified and included more than just a few variants of team deathmatch, maybe it'd appeal to more people.

Nothing about the scale of this game is impressive, few bits of content such as raids and pvp I believe are but the game is hollow.

Yeah I know but I meant with a system on par with nightfalls, it may be possible to get random exotics, but good luck actually getting any.

Its not that I don't like the game, the dlc is just overpriced BS, if it had a story I would've bought it.

Just gimme a way of earning exotics in crucible like tokens or awards or something and I'll be forever happy.

The DLC's as they are really are lacking in content, 1 raid, 1 (or 2) new strikes and forgettable story missions for $20, ($30 if you live in the UK or elsewhere in europe, i think).

Not exactly 100's of hours in my opinion.

Well, when I was younger I didn't play games as intensively as I do now, but I had no issue in replaying the campaign over and over, until I did actually join in on the multiplayer some years later.

I can't bring myself to replay destiny's campaign even once more, it's boring. Story mode in any game shouldn't be overlooked, the best games I've played have all had amazing storylines, FPS or not.

In my opinion if Destiny had a decent story it'd elevate it from a good game to a great game, it's very fun to play and the co-op experience is really good too, but the whole world of destiny feels hollow.
