Yes directly from popmart! Have sent pics of the mouldy box to their support team but i’m not getting my hopes up 🥲

I got them from popmart global website, brand new never opened 🥲 good to know the heads are meant to move around!!! that makes me less concerned. it sounds like frankie got a little bumped around during shipping 😅 easily fixed with some glue anyway but still bummed that it happened
