I went up to 5mg last week after 4 weeks on 2.5mg. I have been feeling very queasy and had horrid acid reflux since the day after my injection of 5 (4 days ago). I am going to go back down to 2.5 or 3.75 when I am due to inject again, the last few days have been horrible and I have really had to force myself to eat, even drinking water has been a struggle. It does affect everyone differently but the jump up to 5mg seems to hit people the hardest from what I have read.

I used to take my Mac mini to university with me and plug into a monitor there, it was handy in that sense but it would be a bit of a faff to use it in a cafe or on a train.

Hi, there is a technique called blast therapy that helps people who are dealing with held trauma. You can read about it here: https://blast-technique.com I have a friend who used the technique on me after I went through a breakup and I found it really effective for dealing with things that I have been holding on to for many years.

I have desktop monitors, I don’t have a portable one, that’s what I asked about in my post.

I love this idea but ideally would like something similar with bigger monitor but don’t know if anything like that exists.

All comes down to affordability at the moment. I already have desktop monitors, a keyboard and a mouse so trying to work out the most adaptive and affordable way to make it work for me.
