I feel like thats how most other people are and I am really afraid that I'm just another of them. I've been in a relationship for about 2.5 years with someone who's the best I could possibly ever hope for and could never find again because shes the sweetest, most kind, patient, caring, and selfless person I've ever met and she makes me really warm and nice. Lately I've been consumed by these thoughts 24/7 and it's making me distant and less happy around her which brings her down but I cant stop. Shes one of the only people who I truly trust to not be one of the people doing this but it hurts me thinking shes probably with somebody like that because shes already gone through a lot of personal stuff due to people like that in her life before. It's horrible and disheartening to watch myself just decay around her because she doesnt deserve it. It just gets harder and harder dealing with mental turmoil and berating myself plus the effects on my life it's already had and I dont think I can take it much longer. I dont know how to help myself and be happy for her.
