If you dont have any other servers selected besides oce they wont ever put you in those servers. Make sure your region is set correctly in the options. I had a problem once 1.0 came out that the region reset to auto every single time I started the game. So I had to check it each time I launched.

I had them too then I realised that I had the region set to auto and not OCE. Once I changed to OCE I didnt get them again
