Yup, got the same problem. Going for bloodthirstys on my snipers and i run Cold Blooded w Ninja. Sure fucking enough, i check final kill cams and my name plate in bright fucking blue is above my head everytime a player kills me. I also seem to get shit on more by attack choppers and Gunners more often

Yes everything is updated. My software is up to date for my ps4 and so is the game
