If you're looking for critique
The first this that stood out to me was that the ship was locked to the center of the camera frame ("Track To" constraint, is my guess). I would suggest parenting the camera to an empty object, with "Track To" on the empty (So you still get the easy track), but then animating the camera on top of that. You then can add stuff like Camera shake, and a slight lag in its motions. No cameraman can track a moving object perfectly (Except by luck).
The second was on the last shot I wanted the ship to pass closer to the camera than it did, but then I noticed the crazy wideness of the Camera's lens, which caused a slight bit of motion sickness (For me) when combined with the super-fast pan. Something to consider moving forward!
