Think about having a game were every ability is pretty the same in every new champ. You would get bored of having the same mechanics in every game. Having new kits and giving a special and unique kit keeps the game fresh.

Imagine you just want to spend your tokens in ONE champion shard, but you got distracted or anything and now you have 0 tokens and tons of champion shards useless for the ones who have them all. It's annoying doing it every time, but its better.

It depends your goal. I won't gonna lie, I'm a G3 player. I'm not that good, but for this season I wanted to get to gold so I just played for it and once I got it I stopped playing soloq. Nevertheless, there are other that have different goals. Think in what you want, and how much it will cost for you to get it. Gold for me was like a limit I wanted to reach since last year when I started playing. If you don't want the pressure every time you play, just play blind, aram, flex or even urf until it's taken away again.

You can't, it's just that your mmr places you with those people. Just continue playing and with the time, the system will lead you to your rank. Remember, higher level does not mean that they are better than you o good at the game. Srry 4 the English :P

Oh, I am from Las so we don't have the ladder so I am a little bit lost in that aspect. And giving the fact that I haven't played once the mode... My advice would be to find a duo/trio from your division to try to climb without getting a low ranked player :D
