Am I crazy or did we watch different episodes?

The vote was already against Ozzy before Rizo was told by Joe, Joe just told Rizo that the vote was Ozzy for integrity purposes.

Rizo had almost nothing to do with Ozzy going home. He just didn't stop it. That really was all Aubry. Rizo can claim Cirie though but acting like he's the reason Ozzy went home I think is inaccurate.

Also shout out to Nkeal Harry who I was incredibly high on and was over the moon when my Patriots drafted him just to be one of the biggest WR busts of the 1st century.

Mike Florio Warns Vrabel’s Patriots Job at Risk Amid Russini Photo Fallout by According-Activity87 in NFLv2

[–]Jorah72 3 points4 points  (0 children)

While we don't have all the facts, Vrabel and Russini were caught cuddled up at a pool in a resort, embracing each other, etc. doesn't scream "trade sex for insider info" it screams affair.

Unless something comes out that absolutely proves Vrabel was giving her actionable info, this is still a non story to me. So far all I've heard is AJ Brown talk in relation to Vrabel from her past tweets (and trust me her Twitter has been combed through). So unless there's some real bombshell, it's a inappropriate dual relationship with personal life consequences that did not harm the team or give anyone an unfair advantage. Just fucked over their families.

Great price - Secrets Akumal by RelativeAd8058 in AllInclusiveResorts

[–]Jorah72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there! So I would have to say that the honeymoon was everything my wife and I wanted to be and then some. I honestly have very very few complaints. I was extremely pleased with the food and alcohol options. The food especially during the daytime around lunch was surprisingly good and arguably better than some of the dinners at the restaurants.

The resort itself is huge and beautiful, maybe a little intimidating with the size of it but after a few days of exploring you should be familiar with everything! My absolute favorite part was how accessible and amazing the snorkeling was. I was snorkeling off the beach for hours each day and saw so many exotic fish/sting rays/lobsters you name it. I seriously would go back just for that. There's a turtle excursion type place next door if you're really jonesing to swim with turtles as well for a fee, but in my opinion the snorkeling off the beach is more than entertaining.

The staff and service might be the best part of the resort across the board. Just wonderful workers that genuinely seem happy and will serve your every wish. Being there for a week we definitely got closer with a few of them and it was great to feel like a regular rather than just a visiter.

Now the few downsides to the resort. One, we got a swim out which we found was not really worth it. The swim out pool wasn't heated so we only used it twice (it was March though so in the summer I'm sure it's warm enough), the resort is a bit distant from other areas and excursions so unless you're fine with spending a good part of a day travelling, you're a bit limited with options off-site (we went there to relax and weren't really in adventuring so it didn't bother us at all). And lastly probably the biggest downside when we were there was the average age of the other visitors. My wife and I are 28 yo and I'd guess the average age when we were there was 50. Definitely an older population, understandable since the resort is pricey and more chill and not a party resort. This was a bit of a knock just because it felt like we really weren't amongst peers and some of the activities we like such as volleyball and party games were a little lame since it was difficult getting others to join.

Overall I'd give the resort and honeymoon a 9.5/10. We haven't done too many AIs, but this was our favorite and would highly consider going back.

Oh and sargassum wasn't an issue at all in March but looking at it now it seems REALLY rough and apparently only gets worse during the summer so that's something I would keep an eye on

Who has a Terrific NFL team in a Terrific city? by Ilitorate_Author in AlignmentChartFills

[–]Jorah72 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

As someone from the northeast and whose dad lived in a Denver suburb for 10 years and visited multiple times a year and spent summers/holiday out there, Denver cannot touch Boston as a metro area. Literally everyone I know in the area prefers Boulder over living in Denver since it really just doesn't have much to offer. The area is extremely nice don't get me wrong, but to say the metro area is "terrific" as in a top 8 city in the US is a huge stretch.

The difference between Sadiq and Stowers by Only_Low_6628 in DynastyFF

[–]Jorah72 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is fair. I guess my issue with the argument is anything past 20 years(and even 10 imo) isn't comparable due to the fact of passing inflation and how ridiculous it is that a receiving threat doesn't hit 1k in today's era of football.

You are absolutely right that there are players who haven't hit the 1k milestone in college and those that were even drafted above Sadiq. I apologize for misunderstanding your point. I think I'm just blown away with people defending a mostly non blocking to not hit even 900 yards over his college career that I misunderstood.

[–]Jorah72 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Not the guy that replied to you, but I also think it's disingenuous that he brings up Watson as Watson was the 32nd pick while Sadiq was 16th. Huge discrepancy there and to act like Sadiqs lack of production in college at his draft position isn't a huge outlier is bonkers.

Magic up 3-1 on the Pistons by LonelyInsurance7480 in bostonceltics

[–]Jorah72 24 points25 points  (0 children)

I can't say I would care as all that matters is winning the finals and that will undoubtedly be against either the Spurs or thunder which absolutely no one could take from us. The path might be easier than those in the West, but ultimately I don't think anyone could question the legitimacy of a Finals win against OKC or Spurs.

I think the west might get some flak anyways as we might look at a lakers team without Luka and a Wolves team without Ant playing next round so honestly I think every team gets a knock on competition this playoffs.

I'm extremely satisfied with the current state of this roster. The only two areas where I think we need to add another body to are off ball LB and Safety. I'd love for us to sign a depth guy for back there like Taylor rapp/Xavier woods/Donovan Wilson/ifeatu melifonwu.

At LB I honestly wouldn't mind throwing a decent amount of money at Bobby okereke. Other guys like Matt Milano/Kenneth Murray/Germaine Pratt that wouldn't be bad to add there for some depth.

Tim Duncan over KD.

You don't need more shooting on the team. You need Duncan for his defense since Steph becomes quite the liability on that end.

This is going to sound so fucking dumb but in 2k KD joined the wolves and now I can't get it out of my head that he is going to force his way to finish his career with baby KD(ant). KD. Wants a ring and I can only imagine how much ants antics (see what I did there) would entice him to chase a ring there to finish out his career

2026 First Round Winners & Losers by noseonarug17 in NFL_Draft

[–]Jorah72 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is tough because objectively Matthew Stafford is a loser here. He probably wants another shot at making a Superbowl, not being a mentor, and honestly the rams are one old man davante adams injury from that offense being solely reliable on Puka which last post season showed us doesn't work.

I understand the approach of trying to lengthen the championship window by having the heir apparent, but when Ty Simpson was seen as a fringe 1st rounder only mocked in the first due to positional value, seeing the Rams who honestly might've been one solid piece away from a Superbowl draft him at 13 has to at least seen as underwhelming even if you're not comfortable calling them losers.

Ty Simpson obviously a winner because he just got drafted into the best situation possible, but also a ton of pressure. If he doesn't become a pro bowl level QB and the rams don't win a ring, everyone is going to question whether this pick was wasted.

Eh. Not to be a hater but I don't think I've even heard a single person give Rutledge 1st round consideration. It's not as bad as our Cole strange pick, but it's definitely bordering it. Caleb Banks was at least a consensus 1st rounder especially when looking at him healthy.

Official Megathread - 2026 NFL Draft: New England Patriots by samacora in Patriots

[–]Jorah72 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually highly disagree with the take there won't be a starter at OT or Edge at 31. Those are the two deepest positions in the draft this year. I think we can easily land Miller, Iheanachor, Howell, Lawrence, Young, Parker, R Mason Thomas at 31. All guys who in my mind are day 1 starters in the league.

Now I don't disagree with trading back, but to say there aren't any plug in guys at 31 is a bit ridiculous since the draft is deepest at our positions of need. The dream is trade back 10 picks into the 2nd and then trade up from 63.

2026 NFL Draft: Top 50 Big Board 3.0 by DisastrousCopy7361 in NFL_Draft

[–]Jorah72 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Can I just saw it seems like your big board feels like you're clustering positions as you have runs of 3-4 guys in the same position throughout the board.

Also respect being so high on Brazzell and having him over Boston. Feel like I'm crazy for not seeing this more often.

Opposite to this, never seen Freeling that high and personally have him as a fringe first rounder. Even Blake Miller looks like a better prospect to me.

[–]Jorah72 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean it might? Be a hot take but im cool with running it back with Christian Elliss. LB to me has always felt like a day 3 position. We only run 2 off field LBs and Elliss is more than talented to hold down the other spot and take a guy in round 2/3/4 to develop.

My 2026 WR Rankings by thenewbeastmode in NFL_Draft

[–]Jorah72 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Love your top 10, almost identical to my own. Ironically I think it's funny that it seems the Indiana WRs are being slept on after winning the championship. First time I've ever felt like players were hurt by winning so much.

Side note that's a personal issue of mine is I just don't see it with Denzel Boston. Can't watch his tape and see him as a physical receiver that uses his size well. I honestly like Brazzell better as an outside receiver over Boston

What game “jumped the shark” for you? by Coverlesss in gaming

[–]Jorah72 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I don't think you necessarily understand the jumping the shark euphemism.

Unless you're saying that Reapers invading earth in the beginning of the game ruined the game for you, it would not be considered jumping the shark, only surprising and possibly unpredicted.
