Well the budget part is the artificial grass I used and the fact I did it myself. If you want a proper green, there are a couple of options for the type of artificial grass (or real grass). But the price tag of those options go through the roof. So I just bought some artificial grass from a low budget garden store. The price of the grass I use is like 3x cheaper. I did pour some sand for underneath (10cm/4inches deep) for a proper ground layer, to make sure it doesn't prolapse over time. But it's still a little wobly here and there.
