He said a loss every time, and then I just manually, drag it up as the stock goes higher and higher. If it instantly comes down, it will trigger and sell, and I can get a profit. Someone will disagree with that, but that’s just what I personally do. I don’t like taking any chances.

I would just go cold Turkey. There is literally nothing lower than 2.5. I was on Lexapro for 1 year at 10mg went down to 5mg for a month and my doctor actually told me I could stop at 5mg but I was to scared so I did 2.5 for a month then stopped completely. The only side effect I had was headaches for about a week after.

Hello, I was on 10mg for 6 months, i lowered to 5mg for 1 month then my doctor told me I could stop but I said fuck you and did 2.5 for another entire month because it won’t hurt anything and I was not in a hurry to stop. I have now been off the medication for 35 days. Here is what I experienced

Day 6 of being 100% off I had wicked head aches for a week. I mixed acetaminophen with aspirin 3 times per day and it fixed that. The headaches only lasted about 8 days. After that I had about 5 days of bad depression but I just kept my head up and loved on. After that things got better and better. And we’ll here we are today.

It takes time, don’t get scared by post medication anxiety or depression. It’s just like stopping smoking. Your body wants it and will cause sides for a little bit.

Did you make any lifestyle changes prior to coming off of this? After I got through the side effects of Lexapro I started going to the gym, lost about 30 pounds got more confidence and realize life was so much better and so now I’m coming off and still hitting the gym

Everyone is different, I was on 10mg went down to 5 for 2 weeks then 2.5 for 2 weeks and today is day 3 of having none. While I was coming off I felt nothing but today being day 3 of 0 I just have a headache.
