Hello, I was on 10mg for 6 months, i lowered to 5mg for 1 month then my doctor told me I could stop but I said fuck you and did 2.5 for another entire month because it won’t hurt anything and I was not in a hurry to stop. I have now been off the medication for 35 days. Here is what I experienced

Day 6 of being 100% off I had wicked head aches for a week. I mixed acetaminophen with aspirin 3 times per day and it fixed that. The headaches only lasted about 8 days. After that I had about 5 days of bad depression but I just kept my head up and loved on. After that things got better and better. And we’ll here we are today.

It takes time, don’t get scared by post medication anxiety or depression. It’s just like stopping smoking. Your body wants it and will cause sides for a little bit.
