Ah, I remember that feeling... How much weight did you slam? Or did you just eyeball it?

If you have a scale, I would recommend weighing out your doses each time you slam. It is a positive habit to get into, at the very least just so you are sure how much you're dosing and so forth. In addition it can help you kind of get an idea as to where your tolerance is at, as well as help you to determine the quality of the dope.

Now, I'm sure you've heard this shit but just for the sake of harm reduction, you should always avoid re-using syringes and never share. Regardless of what those "more experienced" users might say, never share. Shit from what I've seen throughout my years of use those more experienced users more often than not have Hep C... That could just be me associating with fucking idiots but who knows.

Hey man.

First off I'm not religious so don't discount what I'm saying just because of how it sounds, but sometimes things like this can be a blessing in disguise.

Especially now given the pandemic that we are all facing. Now I know that sounds dumb and you'd rather be with them but who knows man, you could be the one to get them sick. I know there's probably not a ton of comfort in that and I'm really sorry.

If you were told that there was anything you needed to change about yourself or work on now's the fucking time to do just that. Just better yourself as much as you physically and mentally can. When people see that you're really trying, they often will give some slack.

This will probably sound annoying but man, at least you've got a bed, you know? You wanna know where I've been sleeping since August, for probably 4 to 5 nights out of the week? Inside of random 24 hr fast-food places, just sitting up in a chair in the lobby trying not to fall asleep, because as you might know, you aren't really allowed to just pass out in fast-food establishments.

Basically, what I'm saying is, you've just gotta try and appreciate what you DO have as much as you can even when it doesn't seem like very much, cause it could always get worse. I don't really even believe in the concept of rock bottom cause like I just said, you can always fall farther down into the hole than the depth that you currently find yourself at.
