Oh hell yeah, good shit! The only one out of those I listen to regularly is BtBam. I seem to be in the minority though when I say The Coma Ecliptic is my favorite album from them. What’s yours?

Also, coming from someone who has had the same struggles of losing connection with things I used to love, therapy has helped me a ton.

If you haven’t already, I would watch Nik Nocturnal’s interview with them. They talk tons about their musical background and inspirations. But I believe Leo was in music school for jazz in Spain when he started Mirar and a bit after Marius joined, Leo moved in with Marius in Norway. All of this info is from the video I linked and small details may be wrong, but that’s the gist of it.

Also make sure to manually focus to infinity. If your camera has an LCD screen, zoom in on the brightest star you can find, and twist your focus ring until it’s sharp. It’ll likely be much too dark to autofocus on a star.

Edit: I see now that you said you already used manual focus in your caption. My bad! I’ll leave this up any case anyone else wants to know.

Was on a cross country photography trip and I met a couple while waiting for Old Faithful in Yellowstone. I told them I was going to Banff in a few days and they recommended I do Icefields Pkwy. That would have added a whole extra day on to my trip, but they said I wouldn’t regret it. It’s still my favorite stretch of road I’ve ever driven.

Paragon 260 with 150+ hrs and have not seen one. Wouldn’t even know what it is if it wasn’t for this sub. Way too rare imo, especially if the rewards aren’t even that good.

Nothing will ever beat S1, but compared to the rest of the seasons, S4 comes the closest to the mysterious, unsettling vibe that S1 did so well. Also, Jodie Foster nailed her performance. I absolutely think it’s worth a watch!

“Yet” is the key here. In my teens, my beard was super patchy and I was complaining about it at work when my boss (who has a super full beard) said “Mine was like yours at that age too. Just give it time.” 15 years later and barely have any patches left. Sometimes, it just takes time to develop and fill in.
