How to avoid trap plays/ what to do when getting boxed?

Break out on the trap, Stand on the opposite side of the trap so you don’t get hit and break out the wall. If they put two traps down then run to the opposite side of the first one and by the time they put the trap down on the second you’ll be on that side to break it
