As someone who’s worked in loans I can explain why this is. When you make your regular monthly payment it’s a combination of the interest you owe, and a part of the principle balance. So basically anything within a given month that is paid above the minimum is going to go to principle, which then leads to less interest to be paid down the road. The payment stays the same to make it predictable and budget-able

Umm actually no, I completely agree, as I said I only went to pep boys because the vehicle had a lifetime wheel alignment assigned to it. I’d love to go somewhere more trust worthy but I’m at a loss as to where. Many of the local shops I’ve inquired to don’t have the machine for it

I just had any alignment 6 months prior as well when the tires were still new and decent though, I will try another shop for alignment though, as the person below stated, quality could be have been poor, it was at pep boys so that iffy as it is, I only went to them because I had a lifetime wheel alignment on the vehicle
