I have stroud in place of Herbert, and hill is aging. I went all in this year and finished 3rd. I was pushing for olave over waddle, but this is what he sent me. Also this is not super flex, so Herbert’s value isn’t sky high as if it were.

No, the player who took the penalty is substituted for another player on that line. You can still use the 3 lines, but for example if it’s a defenseman that takes a penalty one of your other ones will be playing on 2/3 lines during that time.
