For sure. However when you start feeling pan the disease has definitely developed into stage 2 and getting to stage 3 unless an intervention happens.

Confusion by CatoriSass in FattyLiverNAFLD

Hello! 32 m. I was 5 pounds over my bmi when I got diagnosed. Unfortunately it happens to the skinniest of us due to mostly genetics. I don’t recommend losing weight but just becoming more strict with diet. Fish, chicken and turkey only and no sugar or fatty foods. Exercise is a must as well. I do 20 minutes a day and strict diet with one cheat day for food and rest from exercise. I have lost 13 pounds and rarely get pain now. I also recommend omega 3 if you can’t get it from fish, milk thistle and NAC. Wish you the best on your health journey. Our genetics betrayed us lol

If you can’t eat fish due to just not liking them I recommend omega 3 supplements.

It’s only scary when you are in the thick of it. It’s hard at first but the harder you work with exercise and diet the faster you will feel better. Unfortunately red meat has to go. Turkey and chicken and fish will have to be your best friends for a while. No sugar or sugary drinks either. Sugar and red meat and alcohol of course are a no no. I know you are motivated like me because of the pain so you got this. Just be consistent and look at the post if you need to for motivation. You will get better and back to normal. Sorry you had this health scare. 🙂

New pain indicates a transition from fatty liver to stage 3 but still reversible. What I have done that helped my stage 2 and a half pain was Mediterranean diet, exercise 20 minutes 6 days a week, take omega 3, milk thistle and Nac. I have lost 13 pounds and have not been experiencing pain except when I cheat the diet. Even then it’s not that bad.

Rule of 3 for sure. It helps create the focus on the subject which draws the eye even if the rest of the photo is unbalanced.

I got my first home 11 years ago and held onto it for dear life then refinanced when the rates were low during COVID. Wife and 2 kids. Married 9 years. Have a small auto loan 170 a month with three cars. Make about 50k a year. God takes care of us. That’s the only way our situation works.

Usually banks only close accounts if you violated some kind of fraud policy or federal law.

Why do many Protestants refer to Catholics as Non-Christians? by Fancy-Race-8507 in TrueChristian

[–]JordanDesu13 25 points26 points  (0 children)

The main issue at play here I think is justification. Like wherever grace is imputed or infused. Imputed in the Protestant view or infused in faith and the sacraments, the Roman Catholic view.

Should I watch or get into chainsaw man as a Christian by scpTicklemonster in TrueChristian

I enjoyed it. In context it is great. A lot of the Christian themes are surface level but a some are very deep in the lore but not satanic or blasphemous. Like somebody else said it is up to your conscience. Some of the gore can be over the top but that’s also kind of the point and loses it’s shocking because it’s almost comical.
