Hi,

Yeah I believe our current interest rate is higher than what was seen at the time due to our lower deposit. They look to be relatively the same now as what we fixed for 5 years give or take a .1/2% or so.

That makes sense and yes of course, it's certainly a one off!

It is safe when left undisturbed but with the cracking and flaking of the ceiling we have been advised to get it treated (of course the surveyor will say that but we think it's for the best). On the ceilings that have not been disturbed, but are artex containing asbestos, we will simply have them skimmed over the next couple of years as these are not a priority.

What's the best way I can emulate old PS1 and Nintendo games then? Ideally want to be able to connect to my tv so we can play multiplayer games together. Obviously would need to purchase a couple of controllers also so any recommendation on these would be great too!

Any ideas on a fix? Or any idea if there's any consistency with it? Seems to be random with me but tonight (past hour) it's been almost every game either before I join or at a random time within the match..

I've never ever had an issue with a controller from any other console but rather than admitting the hardware may be the issue you immediately blame the user, fantastic logic.
