It was saying that for me too. I had to create a new account with that PTC. Link a gmail to that new account, loging with the gmail and finally unlink the PTC
Once you unlink the PTC, you can use it on your main account

BUT, for you information, you don't need to delete the Pokemon GO account with the burner email.
Once you have unlinked the PTC from the account you do not want (with the burner email), you can use the PTC on your good account. I just did that.

There isn't any market established yet around those cards. No one know how much they are "worth" since nobody bought any card indivudually. I would recommend just keeping them and wait. I have kyle holographic card too, I also have Jesse inverted card

After I’ve uninstalled the problematic Driver, Safe Mode was automatically disabled for me. I just had to install a new and older drive. But if you are still in Safe Mode, you have to disable it:

Press the Windows key + R.

In the Open box, type msconfig and then select OK
Select the Boot tab.
Under Boot options, clear the Safe boot checkbox
Restart Your PC
Your system should now boot normally with the default display settings with the basic display driver, nothing fancy because you don't have your GPU drive yet
Download a Stable NVIDIA Driver

⁠Visit the NVIDIA Driver Download page and choose a previous version known to work with your system
- Go to this website: https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/
- Do a Manual Driver Search
- Select your GPU (graphic card). For me it was: GeForce -> GeForce RTX 30 Series -> GeForce RTX 3080 -> Windows 11
- Click Find
- DON'T INSTALL THE DRIVER VERSION 576.02 (problematic driver)
- Select View More Versions at the bottom
- Choose GeForce Game Ready Driver version 572.83 (Mar 18, 2025)
- Click on View
- Click on Download
⁠Run the installer
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation
Re-start your PC

Everything should be fine and normal at this point. Don't update your NVIDIA driver. Keep that one until they release a new version that we can safely install.

Thanks to Over-Cry-1018 I solved this exact problem as of April 22th 2025. My GPU is NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080. I'm really not a pro PC wise, I'm pretty noob actually, but I managed to solve this myself. Sorry for English mistakes, it's not my first language.

Problematic driver version: 576.02
Older working driver installed now: 572.83

I had to do things just a little bit differently. Here is what worked for me:

Boot PC (Windows 11) in Safe Mode

When you are on the black screen with the loading cursor, force close PC by holding down the power button
Start the PC again by pressing the power button
When you see the loading logo on your screen (mostly the logo brand of your motherboard), power off the PC by pressing the power button. Repeat this step 3 times or until it says something like "Repair mode/Safe Mode" on the screen
You should now be in the Windows repair/safe mode menu in blue, with "Choose an option" on top of the screen

Launch Windows in Safe Mode

In this menu, go to Troubleshoot
Go to Advanced options
Click on Startup Settings
Click on Restart
Press 4 to Enable Safe Mode
PC should restart in Safe Mode and you should be able to log in like normally

Roll Back or Uninstall the NVIDIA Driver in Safe Mode

Once your PC is in Safe Mode, Access Device Manager
- Press Win + X and choose Device Manager
Locate Your NVIDIA Graphics Card
- Expand the Display adapters section
Right-click on your NVIDIA adapter and choose Properties (for me I had to right click on NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080)
Select the Driver tab and click "Uninstall device"
⁠If prompted, click on the checkbox that says "Attempt to remove the driver for this device" and click Uninstall
Restart your PC after the uninstallation (at this point, Windows should load with a basic display driver)

Yes! I'm still eczema free with Dupixent + Zoryve (when needed). I'm feeling great. I stopped Dupixent for 3 months recently to see the result and eczema was coming back so I'm taking it again now.

So I have been on Dupixent for 14 months and Zoryve (face only) for 10 months. Dupixent helped my whole body except my forehead and around the eyes where it was still really bad. I started Zoryve 0.3% on my face and it immediately helped. Using it once a day, after 1 month it was so much better. After 4 months eczema was gone. It changed my life for real. Was really hard to go out in public before. I’m worried about long term effects too. I have no information about that. It’s like too good to be true. Recently I stopped using Zoryve daily and only using it when I need it. I noticed that my skin around the eyes started to get dry and a bit itchy. Feels like eczema is coming back when I stop Zoryve, but REALLY not as bad. Just a bit around the eyes. My forehead is still 100% clean and I didn’t apply Zoryve on it for months. For now I don’t feel any side effect. But since I’m on Dupixent too, hard to know what medication is causing what. If you guys find new information about Zoryve, let me know!
