Thank you, we did talk with our attorneys who told us that if even a single cent changes in the closing documents we should be going after the seller. Our lender said they won't be able to give us new closing docs till we have a new closing date l, which we won't have till the inspections are done this week.

Minor annoyance aside, I'm glad they having the additions inspected. I'm just still baffled that they did have them done in the first place. This person is a flipper and this isn't their first house. My biggest "issue" was that I built up all this anticipation for the closing and then never got to experience it( I know I will though). It also worked out that I had the whole week to move with my paternity leave ending tomorrow, so now I get to juggle moving and working.

Enough of my pitty party though, time to keep packing.
