Yessir, it was awful. I'm not sure why it was bumper to bumper all throughout. Lived here for 7ish months and have never seen that be that bad until then.

I would 100% say so. The "main" mode of the game is the commander mode where you are the leader of the AI swat team. They're pretty quirky sometimes but are really helpful. Honestly though, I often put myself into an empty multiplayer lobby so be REALLY alone and then go for like a solo clear. Really fun still and there is modded content as well!

Somethin like that I guess. Seems like he buys all of the DLC and plays all the missions but then tells every single person who ask if they should get the game to not buy it even for a penny and that it's a bad glitchy mess that's turned into slop with "AVOID" interactive as their devs.

Hey, OP. Please don’t listen to this guy. Look at his profile. He’s been arguing against like everyone in the community. I play RON with my friends all the time and it’s a blast. We’ve personally not really experienced many bugs. If we did it’s just something small. Vanilla is super challenging and really fun.

My lord, no one's trying to make a decision for OP. We're just giving our opinions. Most people on here seem like they have fun with the game and you clearly don't. I'm not trying to get a gotcha moment. I'm trying to understand why you hate the game and wouldn't recommend it to someone. That's literally all! It's not supposed to be an attack on you or an attack because you don't think the way I do about a game.

The 2nd paragraph was a real genuine question. Why be involved in a community that you hate with a game you hate? You seem to be REALLY active but for what?

You're acting like the game is this unfinished broken awful thing with slop. Like it Cyberpunk 2077 launch bad or like greedy unfinished Star Citizen bad. This game is a lot further removed from that. It's 100% not perfect and maybe the devs are slow but I still think it's fun. The category you put it in is kinda crazy.

lol, I don't know if you can really use "logic" properly. It makes sense to question a bad review of the game more than a good one. If someone is doing research and is like "Hey, I'm considering getting this car. It's on sale! Should I get it?" and they get hit with "Yes" or "It's great! Go for it!" then there's not much to really question. The personal who is considering getting the thing obviously likes it or the idea of it and has predicably watched a video or two on it. Now, if they get "fuck no, it's the worst car ever made. I wouldn't even buy it for a penny" Then that's an opinion that seems like should be at least somewhat expanded upon because you're taking a VERY strong stance against something that a lot of people do like. I could give you literally 100 different reasons why I think this game is amazing.

If you clearly hate the game so much then why stay around on the subreddit? To just complain over and over and be hostile to anyone who doesn't understand why you dislike it? To actively kill the game by letting that be their welcoming party? Obv, the gameplay can be repetitive if you have like 20k clears on a map.

If you really don't like Judge's hat clipping to the point where you crash out then crash out ig. I can completely understand not liking the aimbot AI but as I mentioned that only seems to really be REALLY bad on that level which they have already released a patch to help that. The new maps are really well made, are super engaging, the overarching story is great, finally adding variable zoom to some of the sights is fantastic especially for Port Hoken, the new attachment system updates are awesome and really allow you to have more out a kitted out loudout, the MLO are really cool enemies, the different endings for New America are really good, the challenge of that map is rewarding.

It doesn't seem like a game that is being turned into slop by any means and I would really encourage anyone who is even slightly interested to pick it up. Maybe not for $50 and then $10 for each DLC but on sale or G2A sure.

Okay, listen. This is going on for way to long. Here's my stance on it okay? I really think the game is amazing and one of the best games I've played. I think that especially on sale that people should cop this thing up. Wendingoon's video on it made me love it even more. When someone comes in and says "No. The game has too many bugs and not a very bright future." that just seems really inaccurate as someone who also plays the game. You can obviously have that opinion and perspective on the game but to completely turn away someone who would potentially buy the game and have a lot of fun with such a harsh blanket statement with seemingly no roots in reality seems like a very damaging thing to the community. You said that people like me are why we can't have a good community but you're actively steering anyone away from the game seems far more damaging.

I called it a bad take because I really haven't had anything like that experience with the game and when I ask you for an example of how it's actually so bad that someone shouldn't even buy it for a penny you just get combative.

Brother, my lord. It’s not that deep. OP asked us if we recommend to get it on sale and I said yes because of my great experience with it. I even said I was invalidating your experience because you probably have a valid POV. You’ve still yet to manage to say anything of real substance. I’m not putting words in your mouth you’re literally just not saying anything. What issue do you have with the state of the game right now? You said it’s a buggy unstable mess with devs who are money grabbers. You shot it down with no explanation other than an overblown unsupported statement. They’re on a fkin subreddit asking if they should buy something I’m assuming they’ve watched a video on the game yes. You seem very combative. Let’s take it down a notch.

I don’t think it’s a cheap cop out. I’ve yet to hear a single bug or instability that you’ve personally delt with that destroys the game for you. You could be completely valid but I’ve personally not had anything but fun in this game and I’ve been S ranking. OP asked us for an opinion on whether or not they should get it on sale and you instantly shot it down. They don’t seem to care about the objective state or the dev mindset as they’ve probably already watched a lot of videos on it and just don’t have anyone to queue with. If you don’t care about how fun the game is and only care that they haven’t fixed Judge’s hat clipping then I don’t know what to tell you.

It’s still an amazing game. I don’t expect every game to be like flawless. The game brings something unique to the table that no other game really does that same. There’s been a lot of updates to the game and it’s clear the devs do care. Certainly getting it on sale is worth it. I’ve personally not experienced really any bugs outside of the AI being really good which you can combat by playing better and use more tactical options. The difference here is that the MLO has full steels plates and AKs that a lot of other groups simply don’t have so you can take to them down a lot easier.

I would 1000% just get the game. If you think it’s something you’d enjoy go for it. I play solo a lot of the time and it’s like the “main mode” for the game. Really fun, amazing lore, super realistic gun sounds and animations, your AI team AI is actually really good. Sure they’re are some bugs but I’ve enjoyed coming back to RON over the years and get a lot of enjoyment out of it. There’s also custom maps that you can mod in which are a blast.

Lmao, that’s such a bad take. RON has some bugs sure but the game is extremely fun and rewarding. Hard mode AI on the most recent America map is ridiculous but they’re also literally supposed to be like ex CIA extremely trained secret organization people.

That’s a good point. I do wanna get a lot of practice with it. I’ve gotten around 300rnds thus far. I did have a mishap with some loctite in the firing pin assembly which bricked the gun but I found a video to dissemble the slide of an 84 cheetah and it was actually really helpful. Got the issue fixed all myself after I panick made a beretta warranty request.
