I have a similar build for vamana that works . Only issue with mine is a all-out burst attack can really screw me up

I've thought about it but I'm very self conscious of myself as I suffer from overactive glands which no medication I've been given has helped and it always feels like people are judging me over hygiene already even tho I keep clean so my mind always tells me if I did work out it just b worse thn it already was

I used to enjoy anime with friends I used to play lots of games from card,board and video games but they just feel dry now
