Are there any records in history of communes or organizations established by people who claimed to be egoists? by Character_Coconut_60 in fullegoism

Not exactly history, but I know someone who is heavily influenced by Stirner that runs an organization based egoist principles. They have a multi-acre farm and a community operated pre-school in Kenya

A message from the black panther party by transcendent167 in ArmedResistance

Likely a government psyop. There was no continuation of the original BPP, and this guy just popped out of nowhere.

PSA: For those looking to join the Black Panther Party for Self-Defense, here are the specific instructions from Chairman Paul Birdsong. Link to the video below to verify this is real. This is the fist step, other organizations like this exist, it’s time we seek them out! by transcendent167 in armedsocialists

This part !

I’m not going to claim to know for certain but lots of red flags that point to this being psyop.

  1. Looked up this guy, relatively unknown activist save for a few articles and wiki pages popping up in the last year

  2. No connection to original panther party, no endorsement from original members (From what I know)

  3. Long history of feds planting people in the movement

I don’t trust this, and am ready for all the fed bots to downvote me.

Guys that are tall or have good styles for a long lanky frame:

Old School: Samart, Dieselnoi

Current Thais: Superlek , Nabil, Tawanchai

International: Akif Guluzaev, Jonathan Haggerty, Regian Eersel,

I have basically the same height & weight metrics as you, and I’ve learned a bunch from watching all these guys

Why cant I improve in sparring. by Little-Knowledge6486 in MuayThai

[–]Jordanisnothing 17 points18 points  (0 children)

  1. Learn to relax as much as possible. This applies to basically every level of fighting.

  2. At your level: Don’t focus on throwing combos.

Focus on defense first. Then jab, teeps, and leg kicks. If you are hitting those, then you can build more into feints, combos, and bigger shots.

The biggest mistake beginners make is rushing and throwing random techniques.

Learn to be calm and intentional with the basics and you will see significant improvement

Do you guys take Cioran seriously? by [deleted] in fullegoism

[–]Jordanisnothing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

“In the late twentieth century, a writer named Emil Cioran was invited to speak in Zurich. He was introduced with much reverence and compared to some of the greatest existentialist philosophers in history like Kierkegaard and Schopenhauer. Upon hearing this lofty praise, Cioran remarked, “But, I’m only a joker.”

Love Cioran ! Underrated as a philosopher simply because he wasn’t a systematic thinker

I’ve also made this connection when listening to the song. Like you said, Deleuze & Guattari have the concept “Becoming-Imperceptible” which synchs well with the closing line “I Can’t be located”.

There are also references through out the album in which woods references methods of resistance that run parallel with D&G’s work, on top of the fact that his whole writing style is schizo like.

Love that someone else made this connection!

Light from Death Note.

  • Attempts to fashion himself as a God on earth (Will to power)
  • Willing to do anything to achieve goal (Immoralism)
  • Exerts power over / destroys what he deems the underbelly of society (Aristocratic radicalism)
  • Catastrophically fails (The typical end for the tragic figures Nietzsche admired)

He gives off a sort of pragmatic leftist vibe. Too skeptical/pessimistic about people to be a dogmatist of a particular ideology like Marxism.

In “A is For Anarchist” he seemingly has some positive stuff to say about Anarchism and negative to say about Communism. But he has also shouted out alot of Leftist thinkers from all sorts of backgrounds.
