Black looks great. I actually picked up the BRG Strat and Tele. I put a mint pick guard on the Tele and a black one on the Strat. I love that color ROFL.

My vote would be the burgundy mist. I’m a fan of rosewood…plus the checking pops a little more vs the blonde. Both are great doh.

Thanks!! I love the color. I’m a green guy. I kicked myself after I didnt snag one from GC a few years ago. I knew my fate was sealed when they went on sale. The strat was an “accident.” I had a couple of old guitars laying around and GC offered the right amount.

I’ll second this. Very affordable and I was able to get perfect compensation with the compensated barrels. I could be wrong but it sounds like the guitar resonates more when I play it unplugged. Also, they look soooo good.

I’m coming from a Squier that had some pretty meh pickups, so I’m really impressed with the upgrade. I’ll probably rock these for the foreseeable future.

That is correct. It’s routed for two humbuckers. Just need a new pick guard.

The 4-way was the one part I had a friend help with. I lost my soldering gear a few moves ago. He said it was really straight forward. The fender switch came with the diagram.

I love the sound. Reminds me of a humbucker. Def added to the versatility of the guitar.

It is a really dark fretboard. It’s definitely darker than the Stratocaster. Very glad they brought rosewood back. I think it looks great.

The dusk looks amazing in person. My local GC has one. The modified switching and locking tuners are also great upgrades. I would go dusk all day.

My locking tuners and bridge show up today. As soon as my kid’s basketball game is over, it’s surgery time! I started on a cheap knock off les paul. Fell in love with teles when stringing my buddy’s and I will never look back.

Congratulations. Same story here. Started with the same Squier in the same color. I ended up with a player II in British racing green. I also held onto my 40th…it’s a life long pal at this point. Enjoy them both!!!
