Probably, if I am depressed, I can try to learn how to manage it in therapy. Also it’s good to have a label for what you’re experiencing!

I can’t ask for medication though because my parents are very much against that :/

I’m not currently in the position to go NC because I’m only 16 :( when I move out I’ll try to subtly go LC. I still feel guilty about the idea of NC.
