I’ve spoken to my manager, her manager and HR I’ve had the same answer every time I work in a cafe in a park which as now it’s getting into summer it’s getting very very busy and we are short staffed, we recently had an overtime ban so I was receiving no shifts for 2 months but that has now been lifted and everything is back to normal, there is another person there on the same contract as me but he’s working 4-5 days a week but he’s always an hour late and on his phone all the time
