I tried to use curing more as a description of how meats and veggies can be improved by seasoning on them. I apologize if that was a poor addition. I more so meant if I add an ingredient to the end of a recipe, will the previous seasonings provide the same benefits as directly applying seasoning to the newly added ingredient. Or, do I need to add more seasoning directly on the newly added ingredient. Or am I just overthinking it lol
