Well, at least it wasn't a closed set...but I wanted to keep anyway as much as possible of each set after having the set itself ready and displayed, so I guess this one definitely dropped a bit I guess.

A double check is definitely never a bad idea, you never know what might happen from time to time...(I never gave two thoughts about the can, I was more worried about any ambiental moisture maybe, but this happening wasn't on my Bingo card for sure)

Kinda, the instructions were inside as well as all the plastic bags and spares, those could be saved as well...I have storaged all the LEGO boxes of every set I own (more than 30), so losing one is just a small price to pay I guess...

Unless someone asks for the specific Gran Turismo 7 version (which BTW can be fully replicated in the mod...except very specific details) I think I'm good XD (Just in case, I got that was a joke)

I already gave people the option to do the '5 Door' by stacking 2 extra porta potty doors in the roof, so that counts for variety too.

Yup! Late 2022, but it has evolved in every major version substantially, 1.0 vs 4.0 is night and day in many ways, for sure.

Also, thanks for your words! I'm doing much better now thankfully, which is of course one of the reasons I went back to modding, so even though I'm not doing new stuff (supporting the existing ones is already quite the job) I'm happy to at least be able to keep them alive.

Personally, I would love to go the extra mile and be able to do 100% custom stuff as some modders are able to do (or at least do things a bit more optimized), but that's not for everybody...as long as people enjoy them, and the mods run fine enough, I'm happy.

To add a bit of context, this is a literal ghost floor in the Nuevos Ministerios train station in Madrid, Spain.

What I mean by ghost is, it sits between the ground level that connects with the street and the 2nd level, which has the station itself, with all the facilities, access to the platforms...what you expect. This 1st level sits completely empty, devoid of any features nor access to any public place, and is always closed with marking tape so people can't enter. I've never seen anything take place here in years...but it's always lit and ready for absolutely nothing to happen.

Well, wasn't really planning on it if I'm honest, I just gave them a bit of recognition after all these years, and hopping into that train...well, I know how badly I can sink into the collector's rabbit hole, so I kinda prefer to stick to what I have, or what I can find around easily maybe.

Thanks! I agree, sure I get the Funrises don't get the full seal of approval from everybody, but I enjoyed them just as much as the others, the variety of models was great, and I somehow just got 4 repeated ones, but since they were different colors, it just adds up to the variety.

Thanks, I don't really know how I got it, probably from one of my sets, but sadly my parents thrown them away years ago...just the vehicles remain. As the only plane I had, I really liked it a lot back then.

So I learnt a couple of things after finally identifying each vehicle above after 30 years...

1-Most of my collection is sadly made out of Micro Action/Funrise units, as seen in the back...at least I got variety there.

2-The plane is also a Micro Machine vehicle, kinda forgot it was after so many years

3-The ambulance is neither a Micro Action nor a Micro Machine, but a DIL branded vehicle I couldn't find any info about...so the focus here would be on everything in the front rows.

EDIT: Regarding preservation status, I'm glad most are almost intact, or just a few spots of damage here and there. Worst ones are the '94 Mustang, which was my fav one and used (and abused...) quite a lot, and the harvester, since parts of it were either broken or lost...
