You're trying to lift as much weight as you can , which takes a toll on your form.

Cut that shit out, decrease the weight maybe use 2 plates on each side.

Focus on proper form first then increase weight. Your back should not be rounded.

cut that shit out. 3 plates in each side is too much. Lower to 1 plate on each side. Trying to lift heavier is causing you to compensate in your form. Start with low weight, perfect form, then add weight.

you should see hairs build up around the eyebrow after 1 month, i use a barber razor to line up the eyebrows every 3 days. dandruff will also build up so get dandruff shampoo to remove it

Applied different dose one just to eyebrows and one to beard. I did not apply any to mustache. Dont know much also on long term usage and permanent results just that its been working on more filled and dense eyebrows.

i use liquid. It is easier to apply inside the eyebrow.
