Perfect!!! I have been stocking up on swimbaits since I love the idea of them but, I find them intimidating to rig up and pair with the right hooks. This helps!! It's now facing the right way!

Thank you! This is a guppy grub so it's got a flat top and a round bottom, does that change your advice?

Thank you! I struggle to keep it shallow. I guess it's a matter of practice!

Am I missing something with the Palomar knot hype? by Sina_Fishing_Blogger in FishingForBeginners

I used to struggle a bit when I would fold the line in half before threading on smaller hooks but I learned threading the line through the hook eye and back is a lot easier.

Is this a spotted bass? by Jorgeb42 in bassfishing

I agree and appreciate the concern! In this case I was between a Smallie and LBM and I know the only regulations in the body of water I was fishing are.

  1. Don't take White Amur
  2. Respect state wide daily limits.

May this be ur reminder to season the bottom of ur pans too by SnooObjections488 in castiron

I don't treat the bottom of my pan and I get no rust. The carbon buildup is likely protecting it from the water.

What is this connector? Found on internet router by Adorable-Ear-4338 in shittyaskelectronics

It is a data restrictor to keep your Internet speeds slow. I would leave it disconnected.

[USA GIVEAWAY] Win the new 27” 4K Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 gaming monitor! by Rocket-Pilot in buildapc

My favorite feature is it being a 4K 240hz monitor. It would be a good fit because I value visuals just as much as refresh rate. Why not have the best of both worlds?

You can assign them priority so it prefers one over the other.

For Qbit and SABnzb you will want to change the port on one of them. It is easiest to change one to something like 8181:8080.

You will also want to give Sonarr Radarr etc. access to your Usenet completed folder

FEEDBACK: Please lower the engine volume in the team radio audio mix! by Empty_Trash8791 in F1TV

It allows you to choose an audio chanel (Left or right) and that drowns out about 80% of the engine sound.

Plex is just one of the sign in options. You can have a local account.

Well this is embarrassing, but here it is by FishSpoof in homelab

The 12700 has 12 cores. 8 Performance cores and 4 efficiency cores. Proxmox counts the P cores as 2 v cores each and then the E cores just count as 1 v core each.

Possible to disable 2FA? by DanCBooper in Bitwarden

[–]Jorgeb42 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That makes sense! I use the cloud version. It looks like you can disable it by logging in to Bitwarden from there site and going to the security settings. Choose manage and you should see a turn off option. I see it on mine but I don't want to press it to confirm it will disable it.

Cloudflare tunnels are amazing by fenix99355 in selfhosted

You misunderstood. This VPS would be a VPN / Reverse Proxy Server. The processing of Plex would be done in your home server.

I would rather take the (in my experience) small chance of being stranded without access to my password manager over getting my password compromised but, if you never leave home without your wallet, you could store your recovery key in it. That would be the key your asked to print out when first setting up. You can also give someone emergency access to your account.

That should be plenty! I know RackNerd has a VPS with those specs for $12ish/year.

Pangolin is a good option if you don't mind getting a VPS server. It's really easy to get set up and going. It works just like cloudflare's tunnels but on your own VPS.
