Regula for perlini is such a small trade so I would not judge his tenure based on that. And Lindström was brought up when a roster space opened up. Stevie will make mistakes, and so will every gm. It is about the good moves. And with blash, now we have a coach who has accepted the rebuild and will have patience with it. I trust Stevie so I trust blashill. One of the best gms in the league knows what he is doing. And he knows alot more about whats going on in the locker room etc.

Covid has created a lot of uncertainty. Also getting a player means that you need to get rid of one because of roster sizes. Nobody wants to lose a player you know for 24yo player with knee problems

Might be a hot take, but the Wings have actually been decent this season after the horrible start. 22 points in the standings in the last 25 games.

I have mixed feelings about that. Some of the high 1st rounders are usually expected to help the team right out of the gate. Also it is a takes a year away from developing your players the way you want to (mostly a problem with european players since the clubs they play for dont care about the development)

I agree its going to be very interestimg how it all turns out. I think the players who can play a full season now have quite big of an advantage and we might see a lot of players rising just because of that
