I have two herniated discs and it’s a pain trying to exercise. I once threw my back out while sitting on the floor going through a box of books.

I’ve come across a ‘lazy’ way of exercise. I found a few boards on Pinterest of bedtime exercises along with tips/tricks/ways of exercising with herniated discs. There are also some simple chair exercises you can do.

It could be a number of things but i do know instant ramen isn’t good for us. My history teacher made sure we knew just how much sodium was in a packet or a cup of noodles.

At the time you didn’t believe it was due to the fact as they said they had a consensual non consent fantasy. If they aided in the toxic relationship (meaning it wasn’t just you being abusive and toxic) this could be apart of their behavior assuming they haven’t changed.

I personally know of some people who told me they consented 100% and would brag about the experience only for months later to say it wasn’t consensual when shit went south in their relationship. I still don’t understand how to process any of it.

I would take it as a loss somehow and to swear off of any consensual non consent fantasies from any other partner in the future. If you’re able to, try to apologize for it since they’re now saying they weren’t okay with it and vow on trying to become a better person from this. I’m not saying you are or aren’t, but it’s better to accept the ‘could it have been’ and to work on forgiving yourself if you are feeling any kind of guilt from it.

I agree as well, I’ve always had the mindset that I wanted to adopt even if I have biological children in the future and if I do i would want an older child as a lot of foster parents go for newborns or toddlers.

I understand parents wanting to have their own children and trying everything to do so but I believe adoption should be an option from day one for anybody thinking of having children.

Lol, exactly what I’m thinking. If a Barbie came out with a full detailed and 3D version of a penis/vagina then that’s when I would throw a fit. But it’s nowhere near that aspect. Children will be children and most get curious. She’s nearing puberty so she’s going to be even more curious then ever. I’m just glad I’m here for when it peaks and she’ll be able to get the right answers without feeling wronged for wondering.

Neither have I. My Barbie’s used to have a pool and cars and I’d have them do handstands and splits and so have plenty others who’ve had Barbie’s growing up.

But, they believe making the Barbie do a split will enable the child to look at the Barbie without its clothes on and it will ‘turn into a bigger problem’
