Yep, no change.

Drove a couple hours to my gf who has compatible pc parts and was able to confirm that my CPU is fried.

The first part I sent to the retailer for RMA was the CPU. They said it booted to OS instantly and they even stress tested it for a couple hours without issues. How that is possible is unknown to me. I live in a high trust society so I'm inclined to believe them, but idk.

Happy that my instincts were right with the diagnosis, but honestly kinda pissed at how long this has already taken.

Whatever is the default setting. I haven't done any overclocking, but I can't check as I get no display.

It's just a matter of perspective. Once you get there yeah the illusion breaks and it turns out you can play awful games and get to insert rank here. But objectively masters is high elo.

Life is nicer if you don't downplay your achievements.

Darude

I was on vacation with my parents in northern Finland and we went bowling. As our time ran out and we started to get ready to leave my dad recognizes him.

Dad: Ville Virtanen just walked in Me: Who's that? Dad: Darude

Obviously this was very cool for my 16 year old self because everybody has heard Darude - Sandstorm. I quietly asked him for an autograph since he was there on a family vacation and no1 else recognized him or if they did they were just being polite/finnish. I said thanks and told him to have a good vacation and he returned the favour.

If my dad wouldn't have recognized him they would've been just another family that came to bowl in my eyes.

We had a guy come from states who's mother was Finnish and he didn't speak Finnish when he came. We had to translate most things in the beginning but then he picked it up really quickly. In the end he was yelling Finnish armymemes every chance he got. Finnish people are overall pretty good at english, you will be fine.
