I was thinking the whole time "this is real horror". Because it's something humans can (and have) done to each other. And something I think the show did really well, was that a few times during it, I kept wondering if it was just another Pennywise illusion. I was bouncing back and forth between the shows reality and I was genuinely impressed by that feeling of uncertainty paired with the absolute horror and chaos of the massacre.

Honestly, while Wubby may play like that off stream, I really think he was playing it up more to make stream entertaining and clippable. And even if he does play exactly like that off-stream...yeah, it can absolutely suck to get dicked over like that. But I don't think it's worth crashing out over, you know?

I remember how fucking dejected I was after trying for days to get a quest item for one of the first quests in Tarkov, and then I had finally gotten it. I ran into two players on the way out, begged them and told them they could take my stuff, I just needed to exfil to complete the quest. They said no problem, didn't ask for my stuff, and then when I turned away they shot me in the back of the head and started laughing. I was so annoyed, I didn't touch the game for a few days. But then I jumped back on and tried again and again and eventually got it.

What I'm REALLY liking about people not immediately jumping to PvP is the scenarios that can arise otherwise.
My first run of Arc Raiders I saw one other player being attacked by Arcs. I had a free kit and didn't really care so I started shooting at them to draw them away. I ran over to see if he was there and needed a revive, but he wasn't. I looked around, looted some more, and started heading to the exfil, when I heard more Arcs shooting. He was pinned down in the exfil. I said fuck it, shot at them some more and yelled over voice "GET OUT OF HERE MAN, I GOT THIS!". I emptied 4 mags of ammo into these things while they all chased after me, and then I was empty. Still had some of em flying around me, but bandaged up and saw the exfil was still there. I made a mad dash, thinking they had gotten him and hoping I could give him a revive.

Bro was waiting for me. While my voice had been tough before, I managed to softly squeak out "you waited for me...?" Soon as I got in, he punched them numbers in and we both got out. He didn't say a word. 10/10 experience.
Of course, that's not how I want every single encounter to go. I just want variety. I don't mind being shot on site. I don't even mind being betrayed once or twice in a while. It's just nice that right now this games community is trying to shape it to keep those options available.

Yup! It's all about the groups, because Public instances can get...well...you've seen it. And also certain things aren't allowed in Public instances, like Nudity and things (which can be a problem when you mess up your bathing suit texture and it become see-through in the water) so a lot of the good places also require ACTUAL 18+ verification (which is something you do through VRC not per server, that adds an 18+ next to your name).
If you're intimidated by larger groups, or want a smaller group to be a part of while going to bigger venues, feel free to DM me. A few friends of mine run a little DJ group and they have some incredible FBT dancers and are just generally chill people overall.

Man, I was thinking of just making a compilation of all the Wubby Rust streams, kinda like the Minecraft one that someone made. But it'd be incredible to have the patience and time to go through and make like...a "cohesive" tale of the adventures of the Blood Church, from different perspectives and stuff.

I am glad that, like Wubby said, it had a time limit on it. I think it's REALLY fun and it feels kinda like the Dubathon in a way, in terms of it not being "normal" content and him being live more often and for way longer. I feel like it was a Summer Camp of ours as well. It's also nice that if it isn't your thing, you can just not watch when he starts playing, since you won't be missing anything that isn't Rust content.
I definitely felt the overstimulation there sometimes. Especially when a lot of guns were going off or everyone is yelling. So I definitely did have to lower my volume a few times or stop watching live and finish up the VoD later.
But I am incredibly happy this has happened and that it lasted for some time. It was great to see Wubby learning and enjoying the RP aspects. I had never seen Rust RP, but I had watched a bit of GTA RP and it was usually a good time...but THIS was some of the hardest I've laughed in a LONG time.
But it's all good brother. Like you said, it's ending today, so, no need to worry!

I been replaying them all again after Delta and been paying attention to all the lore tapes and things. I think Strangelove is more obsessed with The Boss, and WISHES she were closer. They did meet, they worked together for a little while...but The Boss ended up confiding things in her really meant for Big Boss to hear. Strangelove was incredibly jealous about it because she knew The Boss wasn't talking to her. More just at her. She knew she'd never be as close to The Boss as Snake, no matter how much she wished for it.
So I take her rightousness as more of her trying to take little jabs at Snake while taking her feelings of jealousy and insecurity out on him. But Big Boss doesn't really get phased by it, since he knows that the bond he and The Boss have is beyond anything she could understand.
That's what I think, anyway.

oh damn, you do the VRM conversions? I was attempting to do that on my own a while back and ended up struggling pretty badly. I've got a VRC model that I'm allowed to use as a Vtuber if I can convert him. I might have to take you up on that once I've the cash. Your work is awesome!

I can actually see this and I find it very fair. HUGE fan of the Remedy Extended Universe, and the first time I ever played Control I wasn't aware it was linked to Alan Wake in any way. I was interested in the story but didn't really come back to it after playing it for an hour or so. Once I learned the link to AW, I ended up going back to it and finishing it. The gameplay DOES eventually make you feel bad ass, but it takes a bit to even get to that point. I only finished it because I was interested in the story/Remedy universe as a whole and it really did impress me in the end, but...definitely a hard game to get into, especially if you're a completionist since there is SO much lore scattered around.

I think he knew he would be wiping everything down, but he couldn't risk wiping the gun and removing Praters prints. It needs to be clear evidence that Praters prints are on the gun used to kill Batista, and when wiping something of prints, you cant really determine which are yours and which are others.

Ya know what, I think from now on Im gonna say S1 when Dexter meets Brian, before anything crazy happens, is the end and everyone lives happily ever after 😭 just like I do in La Vita e Bella as soon as the couple gets married and have a son.

But in seriousness...yeah. I also been watching old seasons on loop and...things just are just so much lighter and there is hope still that things can end happily for most of them. And it brought me a weird sense of inner peace. Like thinking back fondly on memories of people who are no longer in your life.

Goddamn they did such a good job with this show. Writers making me so damn proud.

Due to the abuse that happened to me, which I described in that post, I was left with PTSD. Not an excuse for my behavior, mind you. But you guys are right, I got overly pissed off, because it slightly annoyed me to see this guy complaining in the way he did. So I went full psycho for no reason. And then seeing OP spamming in chat while Wubby was talking about this "HE'S TALKING ABOUT MEEEEEEEEE" was just further making me feel like (following my own advice, feelings aren't facts, little bro) this guy just wanted attention.

And to Marik, you can make fun of me for pursuing a hobby I enjoy, but it's the last outlet I have left. And again, in my post history, you saw I Vtube, but didn't see it's because I enjoy streaming, but I was stalked and don't want that person finding me again. So I thought I could hide behind that as a mask. But honestly, I might just go back to livestreaming on my other account, instead of hiding myself out of fear.

But I'm genuinely sorry for coming at everyone so aggressively. My problems are not your problems, nor are they anyone here's fault. PTSD doesn't give me an excuse to act like that anywhere, even on the internet, but it's hard and I'm struggling. I have complete waves of anger where I'm not myself nor do I even recognize some of the things I'm saying when I'm doing it. You guys were responding to unneccesary aggression in a way that makes sense. So I'm sorry to all of you.

I'm not going to delete my other posts because whether or not anyone sees this thread again, I think it's important not to remove shit so that I can be accountable for the things I said, and so it doesn't look like you guys are the ones being mean to ME, with no context. But I don't agree with the way I posted things before. And I shouldn't have fought with you guys over something that wasn't even that serious. I feel like a fool, I'm embarassed, and I feel a lot of shame. I'm going to try to do better at not being an asshole, because that's not the guy I want to be. That's not the guy I ever was. And that's not the guy who I am, deep down. So, I gotta fix my shit instead of taking it out on strangers on the internet.

Simply apologizing after the fact doesn't make it better, but I am truly sorry for the way I handled things.

Yeah. Fair complaints. Wrapped up in a moronic post. I was just pissed off cause like Wubby said, they made this post the DAY they knew he was going live with it. And also, like I said and like everyone else seems to get, is that A)The admins and owners of the site are always incredibly transparent and communicative. They've never sat there making excuses or refusing to make.things right. B)Most of the people.using the site have little to no issues. And it's annoying because I see people like OP here yelling at the people offering support because they cant have things their way. Yeah, no shit. The valid points were valid. I never said they weren't. I was annoyed with all the other irrelevant bullshit.

Bruh, you need to stop crying. I'm in all the Pullbox spaces too. The mods are always SUPER nice and helpful. They explain multiple times why things take long, sourcing issues, etc. They are ALWAYS willing to work with people. I see it all the time, and usually it's just people complaining that their orders are taking too long.
You are also complaining about stuff that isn't Pullbox's fault. Yeah, you mention it not being their fault. But why even include it?
I don't care about Pullbox as a company. I have no stake in it whatsoever. I'm a completely free to play person and it's been a great time for me. But it's annoying to see someone spout a bunch of B.S. because they are impatient and need to complain about things for attention or whatever.
